The first phase of this project was scheduled to be completed in August 2007. Rather than waiting till then to provide necessary information on-line, we have decided to share our work as it evolves, even if it is still far from the ideal. As such, the site may temporarily have some overlooked bugs, broken links, missing images, or incomplete information. Please do not expect a feature-rich, fully complete site. Having spent just under six months of total effort so far, it is meant to be a functional and practical site, not a fancy one (however, we will accept any trust fund donations to make it into one). The financial numbers shown here are from official UNC sources, and may not necessarily be what you are looking for. Also, this data could be incomplete if there are still actions pending, resulting in expenses or income that have not yet posted. If any of the information is incorrect, it may require appropriate, established SOP and UNC procedure to get it corrected. The information contained herein is generally considered to be available to the general public if so requested, and thus may be in the realm of Public Information. Some of the applications on the site are offered as a demonstration, meant to inform you of the upcoming features and to obtain your feedback and comments.
